Acknowledgment of Risk: Engaging in Dash Collective events comes with inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks, accepting responsibility for any resulting damages or expenses.
Health and Safety: We advise consulting with a medical professional before participating if you have health concerns. Participants are responsible for their actions and safety during events, and Original Events Ltd disclaims liability for participant actions and their consequences.
Event Requirements: By registering, participants declare they are physically and mentally fit to complete the event and that the activity is suitable for them. Original Events Ltd is not responsible for exacerbation of illnesses or injuries due to participation.
Behavior and Compliance: Participants are expected to behave appropriately, respecting all people, equipment, and facilities. Event rules prohibit urination or defecation outside designated areas, the introduction of pets, or the use of hazardous equipment or clothing.
Age Restrictions: Event registration requires being 18 years or older.
Group Bookings: The group leader confirms acceptance of these terms on behalf of all group members by making a booking, agreeing to be responsible for the group’s adherence to these conditions.
Privacy and Communication: Registering for an event permits us to send you relevant information and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Route and Event Modifications: We reserve the right to alter event routes or details. Participants choosing alternative routes do so at their own risk and without recourse.
Liability for Costs: Participants bear responsibility for any costs from accidents or emergencies. This includes emergency services fees, regardless of the participant’s ability to consent to emergency services at the time.

Food Safety and Allergies:
Participants must inform Original Events Ltd of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While we ensure that our caterers adhere to high standards of food safety, Original Events Ltd cannot guarantee that food provided will be free from all allergens.
Alcohol Consumption:
Original Events Ltd and its caterers adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies. Participants must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages. Original Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any participant deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately due to alcohol consumption. Alcohol is permitted, but participants consuming alcohol do so at their own risk. Original Events Ltd is not responsible for incidents or injuries resulting from alcohol consumption.
Food and Beverage Consumption:
Participants consume food and beverages at their own risk. Original Events Ltd is not liable for any illness, injury, or health complication resulting from the consumption of food and beverages provided at the event.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Original Events Ltd, its caterers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from their consumption of food and beverages at the event.
Media and Photography: Participation grants Original Events Ltd the right to use any event-related images or footage in purpetuity.
Amendments / Cancellations: Booking amendments may incur a fee, and entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event Cancellation: In case of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, entries will be transferred to a rescheduled or alternative event within the calendar year.
Insurance and Liability: Participants take part at their own risk, all participants should ensure they have appropriate insurance for taking part in such an event. Professional photography without permission is prohibited.
Merchandise: All Merchandise is sold on pre-order. We can not refund or exchange these items as they are made-to-order. If you have an issue with a product please contact us.
Changes to Terms: Original Events Ltd reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
